Property developer PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) reported a 44% drop in profit attributable in 2015 to Rp2.14 trillion from Rp3.82 trillion in 2014, as gain from associates and joint venture companies dropped to Rp47.6 billion from Rp1.66 trillion. Revenues grew by 10.6% to Rp6.21 trillion from previous Rp5.6 trillion. Operating profit also increased 8% to Rp2.55 trillion from earlier Rp2.34 trillion.
