The central bank (Bank Indonesia/BI) predicts 0.13% deflation for February 2016, the lowest in the past three years, mainly supported by the declining prices of agriculture products and the decline of electricity tariff. That said, BI believes that annual inflation would reach 4% plus/minus 1% for this year with the global crude oil price being of particular concern.To subscribe please click here
