The pre-trial contest between the former President Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (Pelindo II) Richard Joost Lino against the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is over. The sole presiding judge of the trial Judge Udjiati rejected Lino’s petition and decided that Lino’s determination as a suspect was legitimate. The KPK said that it would immediately conduct an official investigation against Lino in his capacity as a suspect.To subscribe please click here
