Earlier this year, an Indonesian terrorism expert said that we should be mindful of the threat of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) because Abu Muhammad al-Adnani, the ISIS spokesman, had issued a fatwa to attack anti-ISIS foreigners. On Wednesday (Nov. 11), Luhut Binsar Panjaitan told the press that more than 800 Indonesians migrated to Iraq and Syria to join ISIS.
