Questions on the Bankruptcy of AAA Securities

The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has finally addressed the bankruptcy case of AAA Securities. The OJK said that the bankruptcy of AAA Securities may not conform to existing regulation and they therefore sent a letter to the Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court about the lawsuit that bankrupted AAA Securities.To subscribe please click here
