The Composite index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) closed down 0.82% at 4,209 Friday last week (Sept. 25) while the rupiah weakened further to Rp14,690 against the US dollar. During last week trading, the IDX dropped 3.9% with foreign investors’ net sell amounting Rp2.04 trillion.
