Upcoming Key Appointments in the Military

President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo is likely to fill three key positions in the Indonesian Military (TNI) in the coming days. There’s the appointment of the new Army Chief of Staff (KSAD), following the inauguration of previous KSAD Gen. Gatot Nurmantyo as the new Commander of the Military. And then there’s the appointment of the deputy commander of the military following the decision to revive the post. And last but note least, the appointment of either a new Air Force Chief of Staff (KSAU) or a new Navy Chief of Staff (KSAL) should one of them become the new deputy commander of the military.To subscribe please click here
