Thousands of people ushered in a new government yesterday. The public enthusiasm for the new change of leadership is immense, and so are the expectations. President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo, speaking in an interview with host of Mata Najwa Najwa Shihab last night spoke of the overwhelming public expectation, and tried to tone it down. But it’s too late.
