SGX-listed Marco Polo Marine Ltd has signed a binding heads of agreement with Nam Cheong Ltd, whereby Nam Cheong has agreed to invest up to approximately US$30.7 million for around 30% of enlarged share capital of IDX-listed Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya (BBRM).
