J Trust has Co Ltd, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Tokyo, has been selected successful bidder to acquire 99.996% shares of Bank Mutiara from Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS). The Japanese company defeats Indonesian groups of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BBRI) and Artha Graha Group.
