At its plenary session held yesterday (Sep. 29), 2009-2014 MPR officially recommended the amendment of the 1945 Constitution to the incoming 2014-2019 MPR. The country would see the fifth amendment of its Constitution should the 2014-2019 MPR accept its predecessor’s recommendation.
