Garment player Golden Flower Group, controlled by the family of Po Soen Kok, expanded into property business in 1999 with the establishment of SGX-listed Pollux Properties Ltd. The company’s shares on SGX, however, are not liquid. Its market capitalization is only around S$47 million, slightly above its equity.
