The public is greatly worried about the fairness and the validity of the final vote count of the presidential election that will be announced in Jul. 22. The worries are relevant considering the brutal and massive smear campaigns during the campaign period. It shows that there are those who’d justify any means to win the presidency. What we’re going to talk about today is the potential for fraud by using unused ballot papers.
