The General Election Commission (KPU) has finally on Tuesday (July 22) night announced the results of July 9 presidential election despite rejection from Prabowo Subianto’s camp. Joko ‘Jokowi’ Widodo and his running mate Jusuf Kalla win 70.99 million votes or about 53.15% of the total valid votes (133.57 million). It is a margin of 8.42 million votes over Prabowo.
