Modernland Development (MDLN) has just released its first quarter 2014 results. The company’s sales revenue jumped by 33.5% to Rp789 billion, still smaller than Alam Sutera Realty (ASRI), but generated significantly higher operating and net profit in the period. Unfortunately, Modernland is valued substantially lower than Alam Sutera.
