Manhattan Resources Ltd, a company controlled by Dato’ Low Tuck Kwong’s family—controlling shareholder of Bayan Resources (BYAN), has launched an acquisition of Singxin Resources Pte Ltd for S$1 billion. Manhattan plans to allot and issue 1.37 billion new shares at S$0.73 per share, representing approximately 73% of the group’s enlarged share capital.
