Coal giant Bumi Resources (BUMI) has kicked off the issuance of 26.1 billion new shares, representing 53.5% of its enlarged share capital. Indosat, meanwhile, has decided to refinance its Rp2.44 trillion of debts. Bank Mandiri and Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN) have not included the acquisition plan in their respective shareholders meeting.
