On Wednesday (May 7), the Constitutional Court rejected the judicial review request by the Indonesian Employer Association (Apindo) regarding Number 13 of 2003 Regulation on article 59 paragraph 7; article 65 paragraph 8; article 66 paragraph 4 related to outsourcing employment system.
