It’s been a hilarious weekend. Mostly thanks to the Great Indonesia Movement party (Gerindra) and its founder Prabowo Subianto. Prabowo and his partymen at Gerindra didn’t respond well to the news of Joko “Jokowi” Widodo’s nomination. The former was recorded on camera, venting his disappointment. The latter, more or less, flapping like fish out of water. To be fair, not everyone reacted viscerally with a panicked state of mind. There are those who presented valid arguments against Jokowi’s nomination. Let’s look at the reactions.
