On June 1st, 2012, Bumi Resources (BUMI) sold its 30% shares in Mitratama Perkasa (MP), operator of coal port serving Kaltim Prima Coal and Arutmin Indonesia, to PT Sumber Energi Andalan (ITMA) Tbk for US$1 (Read: One US Dollar). Last week, ITMA agreed to sell the shares to an entity appointed by Long Haul (Bakrie Group) for US$120 million. Why?
