The sinking shipping company Berlian Laju Tanker (BLTA), parent of Buana Listya (BULL), has just released its financial report for the period ending March 31, 2013 on January 29. Interesting that state institutions, Bank Negara Indonesia (BBNI) and Lembaga Pembiayaan Ekspor Indonesia (Indonesian Eximbank) provided a combined Rp572 billion loans to BULL last November.
