Indonesian Sugar Cane Farmers Association (APTRI) has expressed its doubts over an audit report submitted by Ministry of Trade Affairs about volume of refined sugar flooding retail market. The association believes in massive violation committed by sugar refineries, while authorities yet to punish the players.
