LPG producer PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk has finally offered 250 million shares at Rp450-650, valuing the company between Rp450 billion and Rp650 billion. Proceeds (Rp112.5 billion – Rp162.5 billion) will be used to finance expansion and repay UOB facility.
