This year’s Jakarta gubernatorial race might be more interesting after Golkar, with the support from Islamic party PPP and Christian party PDS, promoting Alex Noerdin (South Sumatra governor) to challenge incumbent governor Fauzi Bowo, who has been endorsed by President SBY’s Demokrat Party. Still, it’s just another election.
