PT Centrin Online Tbk is an Internet service provider (ISP) established 25 years ago. Last week, the company signed a master investment agreement (MIA) with Winlord Enterprises Ltd, a company based in British Virgin Island, to acquire options over 100% shares in PT Retower Indonesia plus Retower’s loans of US$30 million for total consideration of US$45.27 million.
