The 2017 Jakarta gubernatorial election is on the horizon, and yet no one seems to know for sure who will be the challengers of the incumbent Governor of Jakarta Basuki “Ahok” Tjahaja Purnama. Ahok himself has secured the support from Nasdem Party and Hanura (and perhaps he will soon have the Golkar Party). But the other parties, including the biggest one in Jakarta PDI-P, has not yet revealed who they will endorse.
