Hasto Kristiyanto Future and Potential Successor

Single Judge Djuyamto rejected the pretrial lawsuit filed by the Secretary General (Sekjen) of PDI-P, Hasto Kristiyanto, against the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). With this decision, the KPK can proceed with its investigation into the alleged bribery and obstruction of justice case involving Hasto. With the suspect status now attached to him, his position as PDI-P Secretary General is under threat. Sooner or later, PDI-P is likely to undergo a leadership change in this strategic position.
