Pretty much as we’ve predicted before, the change of the Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) is about to happen earlier than the schedule. Today, on Oct. 25, President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo reportedly will take the oath of Lt. Gen. Agus Subiyanto for becoming the new Army Chief to replace General Dudung Abdurahman, who will enter his mandatory retirement next month. Some people believe he will be joining the cabinet. If it’s true, we can safely say that Agus will later become the new Military Commander (Panglima TNI) to replace Admiral Yudo Margono, who will also retire next month.To subscribe please click here
