President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo went to Central Java for a working visit and the opening of the World Sufi Assembly on Tuesday (Aug 29). The visit is worth highlighting because the President was accompanied by Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto and Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo, the two strongest presidential candidates in 2024 race. It shows us how important Jokowi’s role is in the next year’s elections.
