Midi Utama Indonesia (MIDI), operator of Alfamidi stores and Lawsons, owned by businessman Djoko Susanto, will launch the rights issue, offering 4.6 billion new shares, representing 13.8% of enlarged capital, priced at Rp270 per share, to raise total proceeds of Rp1.24 trillion.
