Astrindo Nusantara Infrastructure (BIPI), an investment firm focusing on integrated energy infrastructure, is set to launch the private placement or offering 5.79 billion new shares, representing 10% of enlarged capital, to a potential investor or buyer. It expects to raise Rp579.18 billion fund from said private placement.
