After losing a civil dispute at the Cikarang District Court, we recently learned that PT Mahkota Sentosa Utama (PT MSU), subsidiary of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) and developer of the Meikarta township project, also lost another dispute at the South Jakarta District Court. This series of defeats added to the problem of the developer company, after the company was previously summoned by the House of Representatives and reprimanded for taking responsibility for the problems that were happening with the buyers.
