Shares on cellular phone provider XL Axiata (EXCL) gained 1.23% to Rp2,460 on Monday (November 7), to make market capitalization of Rp26.24 trillion, 1.3x equity, way below the second largest telco player Indosat (ISAT), which is now valued 1.9x equity.
