Cellular phone provider XL Axiata (EXCL) has on Tuesday (March 22) acquired 51% shares in PT Hipernet Indodata for Rp321.3 billion value. It has signed the conditional sale and purchase (CSPA) agreement for said transaction with shareholders of Hipernet—Bridgefields Prime Investment Pte. Ltd, Amedisys Global Technologies Pte.
