Bank Indonesia (BI) has decided to maintain Interest Rate 3.5%, in line with market expectations. Deposit Facility Rate is maintained at 2.75% and the Lending Facility Rate at 4.25%. The Central Bank made the decision in view of the low inflation rate. The inflation rate in January 2022 was recorded at 0.56 percent on a monthly basis.
