Oil and gas company Sugih Energy (SUGI), listed since 2002, is now facing financial difficulty, having no funds even for conducting annual shareholders meetings. The Company has no cash, including for paying salaries for employees. It has had no more employees since early 2019. The management (directors and commissioners) had no office for working meetings as the Company’s office had been sealed.
