Indonesia’s consumer confidence index inched down 0.2 points to 118.3 in December from 118.5 in the previous month, as three of out the six main sub-indices weakened: economic outlook (down 1.0 points to 136.8); income expectations for the next six months (down 0.4 points to 137.5); and job availability expectations (down 1.2 points to 133.7). Meanwhile, sub-indices improved for current economic conditions (up 0.7 points to 99.9); the assessment of current income (up 1.3 points to 109.6); job availability compared to six months ago (up 1.8 points to 98.1).
