The recapitulation of vote counting in North Maluku, the second largest nickel processing center in the country, has been completed on Sunday, December 8, 2024. Sherly Tjoanda and Sarbin Sehe, a pair of candidates endorsed by eight political parties, were officially declared the winner of North Maluku gubernatorial election.
