After six months of examination in the trial, last week the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) finally decided that there had been a conspiracy in the procurement project of Cryo-Em, Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) room temperature for life science and TEM for material science implemented by the Deputy Work Unit for Research and Innovation Infrastructure, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) in 2022 fiscal year there. With this result, KPPU imposed a total fine of Rp29 billion on the two Reported Parties who are companies.
