Will Imin Run in Gubernatorial Race?

Many interesting things happen in the anniversary event of PKB, held on Tuesday (Jul. 23) night at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) in Senayan, Central Jakarta. Other than the confession from PKS that the Party wishes to join Prabowo Subianto’s administration, the Acting Chairman of PPP Mardiono also made an interesting statement during the event. Mardiono hopes that Muhaimin Iskandar, the chairman of PKB, is willing to run in the gubernatorial election this year. Both PPP and PKB are the two Islamic parties strongly affiliated to the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), the largest Islamic organization in Indonesia.To subscribe please click here
