The examination on the BAKTI case, the case of alleged corruption related to a project at the Ministry of Communication and Informatics, continues. The prosecutors recently read their demands for the latest defendants and the compensation punishment for former Minister Johnny Plate was aggravated by the Panel of Appeal. On top of that, the Attorney General’s Office (AGO) recently stated that it is open to possibilities in examining corporation involvement in the case.
