Asian equity markets fell on Tuesday as investors prepared for pivotal interest rate decisions from major central banks this week. Minutes of the RBA’s last meeting also showed that it considered another 25bp rate hike in Sept before deciding to hold steady. Shares in Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and mainland China all declined.
