Timber firm SLJ Global (SULI) said its shareholders–Amir Sunarko, Carriedo Limited, and PT SAS Global Jaya–will transfer their ownership in SULI to Singapore-based Natureverse Inc. Pte. Ltd, an affiliated transaction. Amir will transfer 16.07% SULI shares to Natureverse, while Carriedo and SAS Global will transfer 21.47% and 12.55% respectively.
