Shares of Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (AMRT), owner of convenience store chain Alfamart, ended flat at Rp2880 on Thursday (Aug 3) to make a market capitalization of Rp120 trillion, one of the ‘highly valued stocks’ in the market (worth ten times equity). It is now bigger than tech company GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (Rp115 trillion), which at one point last year was said to ‘acquire’ Alfamart. To subscribe please click here
