More than a decade ago, PT Harita Jayaraya, an investment holding for nickel business of Harita Group (Lim Haryanto Family), reportedly hired Citigroup Inc and DBS Group Holdings Ltd to manage an initial public offering (IPO) of its nickel mining unit on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
