While the public focuses on criminal arrangements for extramarital relations, the newly passed Criminal Code actually regulates many more important things to pay attention to. Previously, we gave a summary regarding the corruption clause that was changed from the Law on Corruption to the Criminal Code. Apart from that, there is also a clause regarding the living law that must be considered, although unfortunately it did not get public attention. In this article, we will discuss the new provisions regarding corporate responsibility.
