Flag carrier Garuda Indonesia (GIAA) has kicked off its rights issue for 68.07 billion new shares, representing 262.97% of enlarged capital, priced at Rp182 to Rp210 per unit, to raise Rp12.4 trillion to Rp14.3 trillion in total.
