It has been over five years since we first reported on the allegation of corruption in the procurement for the construction of the Institute of Public Administration’s (IPDN) faculty building in Agam, West Sumatera. What began as a simple case turned into a massive one as the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) alleged that the crime did not only occur in one region. Towards the end of 2021, the KPK detained the latest suspect in the case. Far from media coverage, this week, the last defendant had been found guilty.
