Chief of the National Police (Kapolri) General Listyo Sigit Prabowo made another round of job rotation, in which the General decided to remove Insp. Gen. Nico Afinta from the position of the East Java Police chief. The rotation was officiated on Oct. 10, or a few days after a moment between the Police chief and President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo during the 77th anniversary of the Indonesian Military (TNI) that made people wonder about their state of relationship.
