Recently, the President signed Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 120/2022 which regulates the Special Assignments in the Context of Accelerating the Implementation of Infrastructure Development. This special assignment is given to the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing with privileges that can support the implementation of the task. However, the use of the privileges granted should be monitored closely.
